Butter Cake Recipe

Hi and Salams to all. Its been quite sometime since my last post. Have been quite busy lately. But today I felt like eating a nice homebaked cake. So this will be my 1st recipe entry. Do try it.. It's nice and yummy.. Very simple too..

Simple Butter Cake

8oz butter

8 oz or less castor sugar

8 eggs

8oz self raising flour

4-5 tablespoon eveporated milk

1 teaspoon vanilla

"Cream butter and sugar till light and fluffy. add in eggs one at a time beating well after each addition. fold in flour bit by bit alternately with the milk. add in vanilla. pour batter into a buttered and floured cake tin. bake at about 180 degrees for about 30-40 mins."

Simple right?? Try it. Its delicious too. Ok gotta go now. Am going to watch tv and eat my nice cake. Till my next post.. Have a good day

I'm a Nurse!

Salams... Its been quite a while since my last post. What with my daughter in law being sick and I was in temerloh for a week taking care of her.. and I, myself not feeling at my best... you know how it is. 


I was in Triang, Temerloh for a whole week, and it was really really hot over there. No rain whatsoever, not even a breeze. But now I'm back home.. still not feeling well but at least it is cooler here. Triang is a small town. Most of the shops closed their business by 7 pm. 


So if you were to go to town at 9 pm, you will see a very quiet and dark town. Too quiet for my liking..Oh well it doesn't matter anyway, since my son and daughter in law makes a living over there, quiet or what I will still go there. Ok, I will add more news later on.. 

Am off to bed now after taking my flu and cough medicine.. am feeling drowsy now..take care..
